      For each article describe the following points:

      1. What is the issue?
      2. Who are the stakeholders?
      3. What is the point of view or bias?

   Homework Assignments  Identify one bill that passed and one bill that did not pass during the 2011 State Legislative session; provide the bill title and sponsors, and comment on why you think the bill passed or didn't pass.

         In teams, identify (and follow) Federal and state legislation and County/municipal ordinances or resolutions that have energy-related impacts.  For legislation, report back on bill titles, content, sponsorship, and progress through committees and legislative review, as well as final outcome.
